General Return & Exchanges on All Items
(Except Those Listed Separately Below)
1.) Email or call requesting an RMA number. Email: inbox@summitfashions.com Phone: 248-475-5735 2.) Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package. It is recommended that you include a copy of the invoice inside the package.
3.) Please indicate whether you want an exchange or refund. If exchanging, please indicate the item and size you want in exchange.
4.) We recommend that you obtain delivery confirmation or tracking info on the return package. We are not be responsible for items lost during transit.
5.) Please mail the return package to the following address: Summit Fashions-RMA ##### 3400 Kossuth Ct. Lake Orion, MI 48360 Refunds are issued with
5 days of our receiving the item, to the same method that was used for the original payment.
Stockings, Wigs, Panties & Thongs:
No returns are accepted.
Halloween Costumes:
All Halloween costume returns must request RMA and be
given to the shipping carrier (UPS, Post Office, FedEx, etc) back within 3
Days of receipt.
If the problem was due to our mistake or a defect, we will provide a
pre-paid UPS shipping label.
No returns will be granted after Halloween Day.
There will be a 10% restocking fee for costumes, except in the case of
defective merchandise or our mistake.
Otherwise follow the general return instructions above.
Shoes & Boots:
If the return is not due to a defect or faulty shipment, there is a 10% restocking fee.
Call or email us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number as described above.
All returns must be new/unused condition, and all original packaging must be included, in suitable condition for resale.
Please do not stick tape or labels directly onto the shoe-box when
returning.
Refunds are issued within 7 days of our receiving the shoes/boots, minus the
original shipping charge and restocking fee.
If the problem was due to our mistake or a defect, we will
provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
As soon the item is received, we will send you the replacement at no
additional charge. If you need the replacement item sooner, call us to
arrange for advance shipment. With advance shipment we will need you to
purchase the second pair of shoes/boots, and we will issue a full refund on
the 1st order as soon as the defective ones are received back. |
